We are selling our brown, Canadian made Palliser couch only because it doesn't fit in the basement of our new house. It is only 3 years old. Palliser makes excellent furniture and this couch is VERY comfortable and in excellent condition!! It was scotch guarded when we purchased it. We also have a matching love seat if you would like to buy the set.
